Poem 7/10

Save me from my wasteland

Of envy and greed as I feed

Off the love my family provides

Take away the pills that drowned out

The voices of inspiration and love

Attacking the good as well as the bad

Tragically trolliping my soul in trade for

Tranquility

I poison everything. Disrupting. Interrupting.

Regurgitating mind-numbing fact-finding innuendos, hoping to connect.

Left lonely in mind and soul

Seeking an end to the never-sated lulls

Of depressions MaD snares.

No good. Undone. Unfinished.

Promises unfulfilled pile up like trash

As the guilt compiles and piles like files of flies

Leaving maggots to embed and tread heavily

On my never ending cycle of

Euphoria and despair
